IF THE PACKAGE / PARCEL ARE NOT RECEIVED BECAUSE OF CUSTOM CLEARANCE ISSUE, WE RESEND IT OR WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE..
The following information is designed to help you understand our Refund/Reship Policy. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, add or remove portions of this policy at any time by posting such changes to this page. Such changes will be effective upon posting. We request that you read the Refund Policy carefully and consult it regularly.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS/ INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO A MISTAKE ON CUSTOMER’S PART.
We refund the customer only after receiving the unclaimed/returned items back.
LOST/STOLEN PARCELS
If after tracking the parcels on our side they are found to be lost/stolen we either reship the items or issue a full refund covering the price of non received products.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the client receive an incorrect item due to a mistake on our part we gladly replace the wrong item with the correct one. The client must send the incorrect items back to us. If there was a mistake on customer’s part he/she can ship the incorrect merchandise back to us and we either replace it wit the correct one or issue a refund
REJECTED ORDERS
If the customer decides that after receiving his/her order he/she does not want an item(s), he/she shall return the "unopened" carton(s) back to us and we issue a refund covering the price of the rejected item(s).
DAMAGED, NOT SATISFIED
If for any reasons a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the received products he/she must return them to us. We issue a full refund for the returned items.
